A small group of pupils from years 4 and 5 had a great time at Silksworth Tennis Centre. They took part in 10 non-stop activities and were fantastic! They developed their skills all morning and smashed the challenges! It was lovely to see everyone playing with a smile on their face and supporting each other.

In Maths booster, Year 6 were using team work to develop our problem solving and reasoning skills.

In PE Year 6 have been looking at our fundamental movement skills with a focus on responding imaginatively to different situations.
In Reception our budding artists created their own rainbow using our handprints. 
Year 2 have been studying different materials, looking at their properties and what they can be useful for.
Year 2 have been looking at why light is important to Christians and they made Christingles after discussing what each part symbolised.
The orange is the world, the red ribbon is the love and blood of Christ, the sticks are the 4 seasons, the sweets are God’s creations on earth and the candle represents Jesus’s light in the world, bringing hope to people living in darkness.
