Heres some pictures of Year 4s visit to the Life science Centre where we followed the journey our food makes through our body, then worked out where our organs belong. We also visited the planetarium and had great fun exploring all the different areas!

Our Year 1 and Year 5 pupils had a lovely start to the day sharing breakfast and a book. What a way to show your love of reading.
Year 5 had a really busy day learning about Children In Need and completing a range of tasks linked to this. We even managed to squeeze in some time to practice our oracy skills.

In our Fresh Food, Good Food topic Year 4 designed and made packaging to keep their healthy snack of fruity popcorn fresh.
In our topic ‘Prehistoric Pots’ Year 3 have investigated different techniques for working with clay in preparation for making our own Bell Beaker pots in the next few weeks.
WOW! Year 6 presented a wonderfully poignant remembrance service today. It was so moving to hear them talk about the importance of the day and the 2 minute silence was observed by everyone so respectfully.
Year 4 were lucky enough to be invited to be involved in a range of sports with the led by the young play leaders at St Joseph’s.
