What a fantastic morning we had! The weather shone, the children’s efforts, resilience and sportsmanship showed through and it ended with victory for Belsay!!

In English, Year 5 have been practising performing a Greek comedy called ‘A Prized Catch’ we had to think about performance, stage directions and intonation.
Our whole school enjoyed Diversity Day on Monday. All children spent the day with their house group buddies learning about the different customs, traditions and language of a wide variety of countries: Brazil, India, Japan and South Africa.
Year 6 enjoyed their visit to Jarrow Hall and singing with a live band as part of their Y6 music transition.
