Y6 loved their afternoon at the panto – Oh no they didn’t!
Year Six had a great day learning all about France. We tasted their cuisine and also further developed our understadning of the French language.

Year Five delivered an out of this world assembly to the whole school and Year Five parents and carers. This showcased all of the learning that the children have undertaken linked to space in science.
Year 5 have been looking at the life cycles of different animals including birds, mammals, amphibians and insects. We then compared the similarities and differences between the different animals and their life cycles.
Year Five have had great fun this week during inspirational maths week. We have looked at shape, fractions and had lots of fun investigating open ended problems with multiple solutions.
Year 5 have loved having our street coach in for PE this week. We have started to learn choreography for a new routine and hope to build on this over the next few weeks.

Year 5 have been mastering their skills in continuous line drawing this week. We have tried to draw sunflowers using the one line technique to add detail, shading and texture. What do you think of our pieces of art?
Year 5 have been considering the importance of primary and secondary sources within their history this week. We looked at the life and achievements of Fu Hao using secondary sources to answer our self-generated research questions.
