Zac has had a jam packed summer holiday, visiting lots of lovely places across the UK.
We spent a day at Lego land where he seen the replica Angel of the North.
We went to London and seen all the famous places he has learnt at school.
We went to Beamish and had the opportunity to ride one of the special buses they had running.
Reggie has been aiming high this holidays!

As part of Year 1’s Design and Technology topic, ‘Chop, Slice and Mash’, we prepared and tasted a variety of fruits and vegetables.
This week in Reception we shared the story of the Bog Baby. We listened carefully to the description of the Bog Baby and used this information to make our own using a range of resources.
Thank you so much to all who came to our Carols by Candlelight including the Mayor of South Tyneside – John McCabe. It was such a lovely night and another great opportunity for our school family to come together! Merry Christmas 🎄 everyone!

The whole school took part in the Blind Race fundraiser for guide dogs organiser by our amazing school council. A staggering £400.80 was raised by the whole school. Thank you to all of our children and grown ups at home who supported this.
What an assembly our school council managed to put on! They were all fantastic telling the whole school about our exciting fund raiser to support the Guide Dogs charity. We were even joined by some very special guests…. Jip, Ray and their owners Andy and Karen who are puppy trainers and Karen is partially sighted and uses a guide dog. A huge well done to school council!
KS2 enjoyed a fantastic performance from Zak Hull this morning. He performed some of his own songs and a few familiar favourites from pop artists such as Ed Sheeran. He also spoke to us about how to deal with and manage cyber bullying, mental health and staying safe online.
