Today, Year 2 have enjoyed Fit4fun.  We have took part in yoga, party games, workouts, athletics, games and football with Fast Feet Academy.

Year 2 have spent the afternoon looking for minibeasts in their microhabitats in the Forest Garden. We looked under logs and stones and found ladybirds, woodlice, slugs and lots of spiders! ️

Y2 – Geography – Visit to Souter Lighthouse – 8.4.2025

Yesterday, Year 2 visted to Souter Lighthouse as part of their topic ‘Coastline’.  We all had an amazing day learning lots of different facts about the lighthouse, including a tour of the grounds and some of the class even climbed to the top of the lighthouse!

Amelia from The National Trust emailed after the trip to express how impressed she was with the enthusiasm and engagement of the whole class and how respectful they were throughout the day.
