Reception began their new topic Marvellous Machines with a fantastic lesson looking at a toaster and how it works. We began by talking about the machine and how it is powered by electricity. The children showed us that bread has to go inside the machine and that toast comes out at the end. Reception enjoyed a slice of toast with butter on at the end!
